Product Manager

Anjuna is looking for a Product Manager to own the Policy Management, Monitoring and Configuration Dashboard for Anjuna Enterprise Enclaves.In this highly visible role you'll be responsible for working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to the Dashboard, the go-to source for analytics and intelligence across all of our users.To be successful as a Product Manager at Anjna, you must possess both business and technical skills while being passionate about delivering great user experiences. You must be comfortable with frequent interactions with customers and prospects presenting our solution and explaining our security infrastructure while capturing their requirements. The ability to clearly communicate business goals in technical terms is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high-quality product experiences that simplify the work of security teams and executives.
  • Write specs, manage project execution, help create UI/UX wireframe and define product roll-out strategy
  • Process, review and interpret customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights
  • Develop, manage and communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform market/competitive analysis, product feature prioritization and clearly articulate decisions and tradeoffs
  • Represent your product in front of customers (external and internal) in both pre- and post-sales situations
  • Help identify and establish key technology and sales channel partnerships

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science or related field, or experience as a Software Engineer or Designer with technical chops
  • 3+ years working as a Product Manager managing data platform, monitoring, analytics, or data visualization software products
  • Launched multiple successful products and features, preferably with different deployment models (on-premises, cloud and/or hybrid)
  • The technical skill set to talk shop and work in close collaboration with engineers
  • A deep understanding of and empathy for users
  • Can analyze and use data to inform decisions

Inside Sales Development Representative

Anjuna is looking for motivated and talented Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility is to help turn prospects into qualified opportunities. This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills to generate new opportunities.The successful candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also have Enterprise and SaaS sales experience developing pipeline, meet quotas and looking to grow into AE positions. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you hand over the customer to an Account Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and marketing through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
  • Scheduling demo meetings for the Sales Team
  • Quickly learn the Anjuna products, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate AE, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity

Qualifications

Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

Anjuna is looking for a Demand Generation Manager.  You will use multiple channels to run demand generation campaigns across content syndication, Paid Social, ABM, and more. Above all, you will need the right attitude – an ability to learn, the desire to grow personally and expertly, and the aim to produce outstanding campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute ABM programs across the various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Deploy targeted demand gen programs via paid social ( Linkedin ).
  • Drive content syndication programs across 3rd party publishers and marketplaces 
  • Analyze success of programs and optimize where needed.
  • Improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation.
  • Build account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Set, measure, track and report on marketing contribution and program goals.
  • Leverage your knowledge in demand generation to influence cross functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • You flourish in an extremely fast-paced, always changing environment
  • You're a quick learner, hands-on experience using tools such as Hubspot, Demandbase, Integrate, Linkedin and other b2b ad platforms.

Business Development Manager

Anjuna is seeking a business development manager to work with the sales and marketing groups of our OEM and other partners.  Partner sales are a key part of Anjuna’s business strategy and the Business Development Manager will drive key results

Responsibilities

  • Train partner sales and marketing groups on Anjuna’s solutions
  • Support partner sales efforts through sales calls, product information, pricing, etc.
  • Facilitate joint marketing programs
  • Track partner sales opportunities in a CRM system
  • Motivate partners to work with Anjuna by making Anjuna their best and most responsive partner
  • Deeply understand partner sales and channel organizations and compensation
  • Proactively reach out to partners sales teams and show them how they benefit from Anjuna

QA & Release Manager

Our team works across all levels of the software stack, from x86 Assembly to Python with C and Go in between, and does everything from debugging, coding and testing to design and architecture. We get to gdb and strace a lot.

Responsibilities

The QA and Release Manager would be responsible for defining, tracking and managing the continuous testing, integration and release processes in the company. This role would contribute to building the testing and QA and automation infrastructure, and help create the right processes within the team to ensure extremely high quality and stability of Anjuna's solutions.

Qualifications

  • Familiar with software development and testing workflows
  • Familiar with CI frameworks like Jenkins, or other frameworks
  • Good knowledge of Python programming and Shell scripting
  • Knowledge of C and debugging (GDB) are a big advantage
  • Additional scripting languages are an advantage

System Architect

Anjuna is looking for a hands-on software system architect to oversee the overall architecture of our solution and provide guidance to the engineering team. This individual will work closely with the engineering lead and the CTO on all aspects of system architecture, roadmap planning, etc.

Senior Software Engineer

  • Design and implement software systems, including software architecture planning, coordination with the rest of the software development team, and implementation and testing of the designed software.
  • Utilize knowledge of library operating systems and security.
  • Work with the product management team to understand product requirements.
  • Design product architecture and interfaces and plan customer integration.
  • Research and understand the functionality of existing security products.
  • Build demonstrations of product integration into a customer's infrastructure.
  • Develop proofs-of-concept to demonstrate attacks.
  • Contribute to company's blog, white-papers, and press release materials.
  • Support customers and prospects using the product.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
  • Five years of related  experience, either pre- or post- master’s degree
