CEO and Co-founder
Ayal has 20 years of experience in the enterprise security market and was most recently the VP of Product Management at SafeBreach. Prior to joining SafeBreach, Ayal led the Umbrella product management team at OpenDNS, which was acquired by Cisco on 2015 for $635M. Ayal has also held senior product management positions at Lookout and Imperva and was part of Imperva's IPO in 2011.
Ayal holds an MBA with honors from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a B.Sc. Summa Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
CTO and Co-founder
Yan graduated with a Ph.D. from Stanford University, where his research focused on applied security and privacy, advised by Professor Dan Boneh. Formerly, he was an engineering team-lead, and a software engineer at several companies, accumulating over 15 years of industry experience.
Yan holds a B.Sc with honors in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, and an MS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. His research was presented at academic conferences such as Usenix Security and MobiCom, as well as practitioner-oriented security conferences such as BlackHat and RSA Conference, and was covered by popular media outlets including the BBC, Wired, Engadget, and KQED TV.
